Daniel Gambino has worked as a climbing guide for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and for the Colorado Mountain School (CMS).  Art Director for the American Alpine Journal for the American Alpine Club.

His love of photography, mountain climbing and travel has taken him across the United States, Alaska and Canada, as well as to Ukraine, Chile, Mexico, Bolivia and Ecuador.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Education from Unity College in Maine. Graphic design certificate from The Art Institute of Denver.

He lives in Denver,Colorado with his wife Polly, daughter Lily, their two dogs, and two cats.
